To hire a chauffeur-driven car, simply choose your city and fill out the booking form, indicating your dates, time, and route preferences.
We’ll reach out to our drivers, and within 24 hours, you’ll get an offer right in your inbox.
How do I know if my order is accepted?
After submitting your request, we will provide you with an offer with a price from the driver. If you decide to accept the offer and complete the booking, a voucher confirming your car rental with a driver will be sent to your e-mail.

How much time do I have to accept the offer?
If there are more than 24 hours left before your desired trip, you will have 12 hours to make a decision. If there are less than 12 hours left until the trip, you will have 6 hours to accept the offer and pay for the trip.

If you do not accept the price offered by the driver for your request, the order will automatically be canceled. Please contact support so we can help you find an alternative option.

How can I cancel the order?

Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the trip, we’ll refund the prepayment to the card used for the original payment within 5-7 business days.
What if I have not received a price offer?
If more than 24 hours have passed since the booking was made, and you have not received an e-mail with offers, please contact our support service with your booking number. We’ll check the status of your request and do our best to assist you.
How can I find my driver?
Your driver will meet you holding a sign with your name and surname as provided during the booking.
For airport pick-ups, the driver will meet you just after passport control and baggage claim, waiting for up to 1.5 hours near the arrivals area exit.
For port meetings, the driver will wait at the designated meeting spot for 1.5 hours.
When departing from a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the lobby for 15 minutes.
Detailed meeting instructions can be found in the voucher confirming your trip, which will be sent to your e-mail. It will also include the driver’s phone number.
Will I be met with a sign if the trip does not start at the airport?
Yes, regardless of the meeting place, your private driver will have a name sign with your name and surname.
How can I contact the driver?
All the private driver’s contact details will be provided in the voucher sent to your e-mail after the booking is paid. 24 hours before the start of the trip, the driver will contact you via messenger to confirm the time and place of the meeting.
What language will the driver speak?
We try to assign drivers who speak the client’s language or at least English. However, we cannot guarantee the driver’s knowledge of a specific language. If communication in a specific language is important to you, please mention it in the “Comments” section, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed by less than 30 minutes, the driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly. If you become aware of a longer delay, please inform the driver or the Kiwitaxi support team via e-mail at support@kiwitaxi.com or online chat. Provide your booking number and the new start time of the rental. Please note that exceeding the included waiting time may incur an additional charge from the driver.
What should I do if I am traveling with children?
A child of any age is considered a passenger, so it is important to specify the number of children and their ages when booking to ensure the hire of a car with a driver is as comfortable and safe as possible for you and your family.
Is it mandatory to order child seats?
According to the laws of most countries, children under 12 years of age are required to have child seats. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the inability to carry out the car rental with a driver.
